FAQ — Yard Sale Outlet

Question 1

What is Yard Sale Outlet?

Accepted Answer

Yard Sale Outlet is my personal online store where I list and ship secondhand, pre-owned, and unique items. All items are owned, inspected, and shipped by Life's Gifts — no outside sellers.

Question 2

Is it free to create an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an account is free and allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, view your purchase history, and receive delivery updates.

Question 3

What kinds of items do you sell?

Accepted Answer

I list all kinds of secondhand new and used items: books, magazines, tools, collectibles, crafts, household goods, toys, and whatever interesting finds I come across.

Question 4

How does shipping work?

Accepted Answer

I offer two delivery methods. Free Local Delivery is available for ZIP codes inside my delivery area — orders must be $25+ and under 20 lbs. USPS & Media Mail Shipping is available for all buyers, with live rates and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout.

Question 5

Do you ship to other countries?

Accepted Answer

No, only USA

Question 6

Where do returns go?

Accepted Answer

All returns are sent to Life's Gifts, PO Box 101, Ida, Arkansas 72546. I inspect every return before issuing a refund.

Question 7

How do I request a return?

Accepted Answer

Email support@lifesgifts.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label.

Question 8

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

No. Because items are secondhand, returns are only accepted when the item is not as described, the item arrives damaged, the item never arrives, or a duplicate charge occurred.

Question 9

Is my address private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipping labels are generated through EasyPost using the Life's Gifts PO Box as the return address. Your home address is never shared outside the USPS label.

Question 10

Still have questions?
